The Trust Yourself Collection is a progressive set of resources designed to strengthen self-trust through reflection, practice, and practical application.
It follows five stages:
1. **RECOGNIZE:** Notice where you're shrinking with The Shrinking Checklist.
2. **PRACTICE:** Reconnect with your judgment through Trust Your Own Voice.
3. **APPLY:** Strengthen intentional decision-making with Make the Decision.
4. **DISCERN:** Navigate difficult situations using Discernment Under Pressure.
5. **TRANSFORM:** Explore personalized coaching for deeper strategic work.
The collection is being developed in stages, so individual resources become available as they're released. Each offers its own value, and you can begin at the point that makes sense for you.

Absolutely. The books, journals, and tools in The Workroom and the Library stand on their own — each one was built to be useful by itself, not as a preview of something you're expected to buy next.
